🍰 Vanilla Ice Cream with Crunchy Oat Crumble on Bananas and Blackberries

Ingredients
- butter 75 g
- brown sugar 75 g
- oats, coarse 60 g
- wheat flour, type 405 50 g
- blackberries, fresh 300 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- honey 1 tbsp
- vanilla ice cream 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Cut the butter into small cubes.
- 3. Place the butter cubes in a bowl.
- 4. Add the brown sugar, oat flakes, and flour.
- 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Press the crumble mixture onto the tray.
- 8. Bake the mixture for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Let the crumble cool down on the tray.
- 10. Break the cooled crumble into coarse pieces.
- 11. Wash the blackberries thoroughly.
- 12. Sort the blackberries and remove any bad ones.
- 13. Peel the banana.
- 14. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- 15. Place the blackberries and banana slices in a bowl.
- 16. Add the honey.
- 17. Mix the fruit with the honey and the crumble.
- 18. Set the bowl aside until serving time.
- 19. Distribute the fruit mixture evenly onto the bowls.
- 20. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to each bowl.
- 21. Enjoy your meal!
