🍳 Vanilla Skyr Buns

Ingredients
- Skyr, plain 350 g
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Sugar 40 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 380 g
- Baking powder 3 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). In a bowl, whisk the Skyr and the egg well. Then add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, and knead everything briefly into a smooth dough.
- 2. Divide the dough into 8–12 equal pieces and shape them into round rolls using dry, lightly floured hands. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
- 3. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 20–25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve the Skyr rolls lukewarm. Enjoy your meal! Tip: These go well with [recipeLink=145403].
