  1. 1. Separate the eggs. Use the egg whites for another recipe.
  2. 2. Put the vanilla pod and the sugar into the mixing container.
  3. 3. Pulverize the mixture for 10 seconds on the highest speed setting.
  4. 4. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing container.
  5. 5. Add the egg yolks to the container.
  6. 6. Whip the mixture for 3 minutes on speed level 3.
  7. 7. Remove the whisk attachment again.
  8. 8. Add the cream and the rum.
  9. 9. Mix everything for 8 minutes at 70 degrees Celsius on speed level 3.
  10. 10. Rinse two bottles (500 milliliters each) with hot water.
  11. 11. Pour the liqueur into the bottles using a funnel.
  12. 12. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
  13. 13. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
