🥤 Vanilla Latte Macchiato

Ingredients
- vanilla bean 1 pc.
- sugar 100 g
- water 100 ml
- coffee 28 g
- milk 700 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla bean open and scrape out the seeds. Add them to a pot with the sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for about 7 minutes, then remove the vanilla bean and let the mixture cool down.
- 2. Prepare the coffee. Heat the milk in a pot and froth it, then pour it evenly into glasses. Pour the coffee over the foam, add 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, and enjoy. Happy indulging!
