Ingredients
- Pears 1 pc
- Puff pastry 1 pc
- Cream cheese, plain 160 g
- Eggs 1 pc
- Honey 9 tsp
- Organic Lemon 0.5 pc
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the pear thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the pear in half.
- 4. Remove the stem and the seeds.
- 5. Slice the fruit into evenly thin slices.
- 6. Divide the puff pastry into eight equal pieces.
- 7. Spread one teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each pastry piece.
- 8. Separate one egg.
- 9. Lightly whisk the egg yolk.
- 10. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 11. Distribute eight teaspoons of honey individually on the baking paper.
- 12. Place the pear slices on the honey spots.
- 13. Place a pastry piece over the pear with the cream cheese side facing down.
- 14. Press the edges of the pastry lightly onto the baking paper.
- 15. Ensure that eight pastry pieces are lying on the paper.
- 16. Brush the tartlets with the whisked egg yolk.
- 17. Place the tray in the lower third of the oven.
- 18. Bake the tartlets for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Wash a lemon thoroughly with hot water.
- 20. Grate one teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
- 21. Cut the lemon in half.
- 22. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 23. Put the remaining cream cheese into a bowl.
- 24. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest.
- 25. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 26. Add one teaspoon of honey.
- 27. Take the tartlets out of the oven.
- 28. Let them cool down slightly.
- 29. Carefully pull the tartlets off the baking paper.
- 30. Serve the tartlets with the lemon cream cheese dip.
