  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roughly chop the chocolate coating into small pieces.
  3. 3. Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until fluffy.
  4. 4. Add the eggs and sugar alternately to the butter and mix the mixture well.
  5. 5. Stir the milk into the butter-egg mixture.
  6. 6. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and stir everything into a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Mix 150 grams of the chopped coating into the batter.
  8. 8. Pour the batter into a springform pan.
  9. 9. Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  11. 11. Cut the cold cake horizontally exactly in the middle.
  12. 12. Use a round cookie cutter to cut a hole in the center of the bottom cake layer.
  13. 13. Fill the hole in the center with chocolate lentils.
  14. 14. Place the top cake layer back on to seal the filling.
  15. 15. Bring the cream to a boil in a pot.
  16. 16. Melt the remaining chopped coating in the hot cream.
  17. 17. Stir the chocolate cream until smooth and let it cool down briefly.
  18. 18. Pour the chocolate cream over the cake.
  19. 19. Let the coated cake cool for about 15 minutes.
  20. 20. Serve the cake and enjoy it.
