  5. 5. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and turn them so they are well coated.
  6. 6. Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper halves.
  8. 8. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  9. 9. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
  10. 10. Slice the onion halves into thin rings.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  13. 13. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
