🍽️ Oven Vegetables with Croquettes

Ingredients
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- pan vegetables gourmet, frozen 800 g
- salt pinch
- crème fraîche 200 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- Emmental grated 200 g
- croquettes 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the thyme thoroughly and dry it.
- 3. Pull the thyme leaves off the stems.
- 4. Bring about 2 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Add the frozen vegetables to the boiling water.
- 6. Cook the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- 7. Pour the vegetables into a sieve and let them drain.
- 8. Mix the crème fraîche in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 9. Place the drained vegetables in a baking dish.
- 10. Mix the vegetables thoroughly with the seasoned crème fraîche.
- 11. Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables.
- 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 13. Distribute the croquettes evenly on the tray.
- 14. Place the baking dish and the tray with croquettes in the oven.
- 15. Bake everything for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Take the vegetables and croquettes out of the oven.
- 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh thyme.
- 18. Serve the food immediately.
