  2. 2. Wash the thyme thoroughly and dry it.
  3. 3. Pull the thyme leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Bring about 2 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  5. 5. Add the frozen vegetables to the boiling water.
  6. 6. Cook the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Pour the vegetables into a sieve and let them drain.
  8. 8. Mix the crème fraîche in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Place the drained vegetables in a baking dish.
  10. 10. Mix the vegetables thoroughly with the seasoned crème fraîche.
  11. 11. Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables.
  12. 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  13. 13. Distribute the croquettes evenly on the tray.
  14. 14. Place the baking dish and the tray with croquettes in the oven.
  15. 15. Bake everything for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Take the vegetables and croquettes out of the oven.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh thyme.
  18. 18. Serve the food immediately.
