🍳 Cheesy Bread with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
- Gouda, young, in a block 200 g
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Ciabatta bread 0.5 pcs.
- butter 40 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Basil, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Slice the cheese into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them thinly as well.
- 2. Spread 4 slices of bread with butter, top them with tomatoes and cheese, and season lightly with pepper.
- 3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake them in the upper part of the oven for about 10–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- 4. Meanwhile, wash the basil and pick the leaves off the stems. Take the baked bread with cheese and tomatoes out of the oven and serve it garnished with fresh basil. Enjoy your meal!
