  2. 2. Fill a large pot with about 4 liters of water and add salt.
  3. 3. Bring the salted water to a boil under a lid.
  4. 4. Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the hard core at the bottom of the cauliflower.
  6. 6. Break the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
  7. 7. Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling salted water.
  8. 8. Boil the florets for 5 to 7 minutes until they are tender but still firm to the bite.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions and dry them.
  10. 10. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  12. 12. Cut the cooked ham into cubes of about 1 centimeter.
  13. 13. Put cream, curry powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  14. 14. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well together.
  15. 15. Drain the cauliflower in a colander.
  16. 16. Let the cauliflower drain thoroughly.
