  6. 6. Slice the meat into thick pieces.
  7. 7. Season the turkey meat with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the turkey meat for about four minutes.
  10. 10. Add the onions and tomatoes to the pan.
  11. 11. Fry the vegetables together for about two minutes.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
  13. 13. Deglaze the pan with cream.
  14. 14. Place the turkey meat and the tomato cream sauce into a baking dish.
