🍽️ Baked Nachos with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- spring onions 0.5 bunch
- vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp.
- minced meat, mixed 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin 0.25 tsp.
- nachos 300 g
- gouda, grated 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the spring onions, pat them dry, trim the root ends, and slice the green and white parts into rings separately. Wash and dice the tomatoes.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté the minced meat with the garlic for about 4 minutes until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with the white parts of the spring onions.
- 3. Spread the nachos evenly in a baking dish. Top with the cooked minced meat and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Gouda and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 4. Garnish the baked nachos with the green spring onions.
