🍽️ Baked Nachos with Guacamole

Ingredients
- Nachos 300 g
- Gouda, grated 200 g
- Avocado 1 pc
- Spring onions 2 pcs
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Organic limes 1 pc
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan). In a baking dish, layer the nachos and cheese alternately. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Wash and dry the spring onions, trim the roots, and slice them into rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the lime, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in the garlic and spring onions, and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Serve the baked nachos with the guacamole.
