Ingredients
- Pretzel stick 4 pcs.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Liverwurst 200 g
- Alpine cheese 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Slice the pretzel sticks lengthwise.
- 3. Lightly hollow out the pretzel sticks to make room for the filling.
- 4. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 5. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 6. Cut the liver sausage into small cubes.
- 7. Grate the alpine cheese coarsely.
- 8. Place the pretzel sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Fill the pretzel sticks with the liver sausage, the cheese, and the chives.
- 10. Bake the filled pretzel sticks in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Remove the baked pretzel sticks from the oven.
- 12. Let them cool down briefly.
- 13. Serve the pretzel sticks and enjoy your meal.
