  2. 2. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the pit.
  4. 4. Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon to create a well.
  5. 5. Ensure you leave a rim of about one centimeter intact.
  6. 6. Fill the hollowed avocado halves with the diced ham.
  7. 7. Crack the eggs.
  8. 8. Gently slide the eggs into the avocado wells.
  9. 9. Season the dish with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  10. 10. Place the avocados in the preheated oven.
  11. 11. Bake them for about 12 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove them when the egg white is set.
  13. 13. Wash the fresh parsley under cold water.
  14. 14. Shake the leaves dry.
  15. 15. Pick the leaves off the tough stems.
  16. 16. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  17. 17. Serve the warm avocados on plates.
  18. 18. Garnish them with the chopped parsley.
  19. 19. Serve the dish with fresh bread.
