Ingredients
- Avocado 4 pcs
- Ham cubes 20 g
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Paprika, sweet pinch
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 3. Carefully remove the pit.
- 4. Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon to create a well.
- 5. Ensure you leave a rim of about one centimeter intact.
- 6. Fill the hollowed avocado halves with the diced ham.
- 7. Crack the eggs.
- 8. Gently slide the eggs into the avocado wells.
- 9. Season the dish with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 10. Place the avocados in the preheated oven.
- 11. Bake them for about 12 minutes.
- 12. Remove them when the egg white is set.
- 13. Wash the fresh parsley under cold water.
- 14. Shake the leaves dry.
- 15. Pick the leaves off the tough stems.
- 16. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 17. Serve the warm avocados on plates.
- 18. Garnish them with the chopped parsley.
- 19. Serve the dish with fresh bread.
