🍰 Turkish Delight Chocolate Butter Biscuit Cake

Ingredients
- chocolate, Turkish delight 200 g
- almonds, whole 100 g
- butter cookies 200 g
- couverture, dark 400 g
- whipping cream 250 g
- raisins 50 g
- sea salt pinch
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- cocoa powder 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 2. Roughly chop the almonds.
- 3. Break the butter biscuits into larger pieces.
- 4. Place the biscuits, almonds, and chocolate into a bowl.
- 5. Fill a pot with about 300 milliliters of water.
- 6. Heat the water on the highest setting.
- 7. Finely chop the chocolate coating.
- 8. Place the chopped chocolate coating and the cream into a metal bowl.
- 9. Place the metal bowl over the hot water bath.
- 10. Let the chocolate and cream melt.
- 11. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
- 12. Thoroughly mix the melted chocolate with all ingredients except the cocoa powder.
- 13. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan.
- 14. Smooth the surface of the mixture.
- 15. Place the springform pan in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.
- 16. Dust the finished cake with cocoa powder.
- 17. Serve the cake.
