Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- mustard 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- oil 3 tbsp
- truffle oil 2 tbsp
- chives, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, salt, mustard, and sugar well until the sugar is dissolved. Then slowly stir in the oils until the vinaigrette reaches a creamy consistency.
- 2. Wash the chives thoroughly, drain, and cut into fine rings. Fold them into the dressing. Just before serving, gently mix with fresh green lettuce leaves or a mixed salad. Enjoy your meal!
