🍽️ Minced Meat Truffles as an April Fools' Prank

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- ground meat, mixed 600 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- mustard 1 tsp
- breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin 0.25 tsp
- cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- balsamic cream 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the onion and dice it into very small cubes.
- 3. Add the minced meat, onion cubes, egg, mustard, and breadcrumbs to a bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 6. Wet your hands with a little water.
- 7. Shape small balls from the meat mixture.
- 8. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Bake the meatballs in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Pour the cocoa powder onto a flat plate.
- 11. Let the meatballs cool down for a short time.
- 12. Roll the cooled balls completely in the cocoa powder.
- 13. Place the cocoa-coated balls onto a serving plate.
- 14. Drizzle balsamic cream over the truffles as desired.
