Ingredients
- Mango 2 pcs.
- Organic Limes 2 pcs.
- Passion fruit juice 150 ml
- Physalis 4 pcs.
- Egg liqueur 150 ml
- Ice cubes 8 tbsp
- Milk 50 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the limes thoroughly and grate about one teaspoon of fine zest.
- 3. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Place the mango, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and lime zest into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 6. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any coarse particles.
- 7. Wash the physalis berries thoroughly.
- 8. Fill highball glasses with ice cubes.
- 9. Mix the prepared fruit mixture thoroughly with the eggnog.
- 10. Pour the liquid into the prepared glasses.
- 11. Foam cold milk in portions.
- 12. Place the milk foam on top of the drink as a cap.
- 13. Garnish the Tropical Eggnog with the physalis berries.
- 14. Serve the drink cold and enjoy.
