  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Roughly chop the peanuts.
  4. 4. Add the chopped peanuts, oat flakes, honey, cocoa, coconut oil, and tonka paste to a bowl.
  5. 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, either using a food processor or by hand.
  6. 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray.
  7. 7. Bake the granola for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. 8. Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool down completely.
  9. 9. Note that the granola is still soft when warm but becomes crunchy after cooling.
  10. 10. Mix the quark (curd cheese) with the yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Thoroughly wash the grapes under running water.
  12. 12. Halve the washed grapes.
  13. 13. Spoon a layer of the yogurt-quark cream into the serving glasses.
  14. 14. Distribute the halved grapes over the cream.
  15. 15. Generously top the grapes with the cooled granola.
  16. 16. Serve the breakfast immediately and enjoy.
