🍰 Crunchy Grape Breakfast with Tonka Granola

Ingredients
- Oats, fine 300 g
- Peanuts, roasted and salted 100 g
- Honey 100 g
- Cocoa powder 40 g
- Coconut oil 30 g
- Tonka bean paste 1 tsp
- Quark 40% fat in trace 500 g
- Yogurt, plain 500 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Organic lemons 1 pc
- White grapes 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Roughly chop the peanuts.
- 4. Add the chopped peanuts, oat flakes, honey, cocoa, coconut oil, and tonka paste to a bowl.
- 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, either using a food processor or by hand.
- 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray.
- 7. Bake the granola for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 8. Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool down completely.
- 9. Note that the granola is still soft when warm but becomes crunchy after cooling.
- 10. Mix the quark (curd cheese) with the yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- 11. Thoroughly wash the grapes under running water.
- 12. Halve the washed grapes.
- 13. Spoon a layer of the yogurt-quark cream into the serving glasses.
- 14. Distribute the halved grapes over the cream.
- 15. Generously top the grapes with the cooled granola.
- 16. Serve the breakfast immediately and enjoy.
