🍽️ Tramezzini with Mustard Butter and Ham

Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pc.
- Vine tomatoes 100 g
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, white ground pinch
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Sandwich toast 8 slices
- Boiled ham 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Separate 8 leaves from the lettuce, wash thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner. Wash the tomatoes, remove the core and slice them. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with salt, pepper, mustard and honey and adjust to taste. Remove the crusts from the toast bread and toast it.
- 2. Spread the toast slices with the mustard butter. Then place two slices of ham, a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each and fold over. Cut the tramezzini diagonally into triangles and secure with toothpicks if necessary. Enjoy your meal!
