  1. 1. Separate 8 leaves from the lettuce, wash thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner. Wash the tomatoes, remove the core and slice them. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with salt, pepper, mustard and honey and adjust to taste. Remove the crusts from the toast bread and toast it.
  2. 2. Spread the toast slices with the mustard butter. Then place two slices of ham, a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each and fold over. Cut the tramezzini diagonally into triangles and secure with toothpicks if necessary. Enjoy your meal!
