  6. 6. Set aside 16 nice, whole basil leaves for decoration.
  7. 7. Finely chop the remaining basil.
  8. 8. Take a bowl and add the chopped tomatoes, capers, and chopped basil.
  9. 9. Add the cream cheese.
  10. 10. Mix everything well together.
  11. 11. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Wash the fresh tomatoes thoroughly.
  13. 13. Remove the hard stems at the top.
  14. 14. Slice the tomatoes into very thin strips.
  15. 15. Tear the Serrano ham into small pieces using your hands.
