Ingredients
- tomatoes, dried 150 g
- capers 10 g
- basil, fresh 50 g
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vine tomatoes 200 g
- Serrano ham 8 slices
- wraps 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Place the sun-dried tomatoes and capers in a colander.
- 2. Let the excess water drain off well.
- 3. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and capers.
- 4. Wash the fresh basil thoroughly.
- 5. Separate the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Set aside 16 nice, whole basil leaves for decoration.
- 7. Finely chop the remaining basil.
- 8. Take a bowl and add the chopped tomatoes, capers, and chopped basil.
- 9. Add the cream cheese.
- 10. Mix everything well together.
- 11. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Wash the fresh tomatoes thoroughly.
- 13. Remove the hard stems at the top.
- 14. Slice the tomatoes into very thin strips.
- 15. Tear the Serrano ham into small pieces using your hands.
- 16. Spread the tomato cream evenly over the tortilla wraps.
- 17. Distribute the tomato strips evenly over the cream.
- 18. Place the Serrano ham pieces evenly on top.
- 19. Roll the tortilla wraps up tightly.
- 20. Place the finished wraps in the fridge for a short time.
- 21. Cut each tortilla into approximately 2-centimeter thick pieces before serving.
- 22. Insert the reserved basil leaves onto the wraps using wooden skewers.
- 23. Arrange the wraps appetizingly.
