Ingredients
- Wheat flour, Type 405 230 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil 3 tbsp
- Water 125 ml
- Oil 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl.
- 2. Pour in sunflower oil and lukewarm water.
- 3. Knead the ingredients with your hands for a few minutes until a smooth dough forms.
- 4. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- 6. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 7. Roll each piece of dough into a thin, round disc.
- 8. Heat a pan and lightly brush it with oil.
- 9. Cook the tortillas one by one for about 30 seconds per side.
- 10. Remove them from the heat once golden brown spots appear.
- 11. Serve the tortillas warm or cooled.
