  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  6. 6. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  7. 7. Roll each piece of dough into a thin, round disc.
  8. 8. Heat a pan and lightly brush it with oil.
  9. 9. Cook the tortillas one by one for about 30 seconds per side.
  10. 10. Remove them from the heat once golden brown spots appear.
  11. 11. Serve the tortillas warm or cooled.
