  1. 1. Wash the chicken meat thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
  3. 3. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
  4. 4. Cut the onion into fine strips as well.
  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
  6. 6. Quarter the cleaned mushrooms.
  7. 7. Wash the spinach under running water.
  8. 8. Let the spinach drain well in a sieve.
  9. 9. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pot over high heat.
  10. 10. Add the chicken meat, mushrooms, and onions to the pot.
  11. 11. Fry the ingredients for about two minutes.
  12. 12. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Deglaze the mixture with cream.
  14. 14. Fill the pot with vegetable broth.
  15. 15. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  16. 16. Add the tortelloni to the pot.
  17. 17. Let the tortelloni cook in the pot for about two minutes.
  18. 18. Taste the dish again and adjust with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Add the drained spinach to the pot.
  20. 20. Stir in the spinach until it wilts slightly.
  21. 21. Serve the finished dish immediately.
