🍰 One-Pot Dish: Tortelloni with Chicken

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 400 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- mushrooms, brown 350 g
- leaf spinach 200 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- heavy cream 200 ml
- vegetable broth 300 ml
- tortelloni with ricotta spinach, fresh 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken meat thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 3. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 4. Cut the onion into fine strips as well.
- 5. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
- 6. Quarter the cleaned mushrooms.
- 7. Wash the spinach under running water.
- 8. Let the spinach drain well in a sieve.
- 9. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pot over high heat.
- 10. Add the chicken meat, mushrooms, and onions to the pot.
- 11. Fry the ingredients for about two minutes.
- 12. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 13. Deglaze the mixture with cream.
- 14. Fill the pot with vegetable broth.
- 15. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 16. Add the tortelloni to the pot.
- 17. Let the tortelloni cook in the pot for about two minutes.
- 18. Taste the dish again and adjust with salt and pepper.
- 19. Add the drained spinach to the pot.
- 20. Stir in the spinach until it wilts slightly.
- 21. Serve the finished dish immediately.
