🍰 Creamy Tortelloni with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
- yellow onions 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Parmesan 40 g
- chives, fresh 10 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- bacon strips 150 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- tortelloni with ricotta-spinach, fresh 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 4. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 5. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 6. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 7. Add the onions, garlic, and bacon to the pan.
- 8. Fry the ingredients for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 9. Deglaze the pan with cream.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 11. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 12. Fill a pot with about 5 liters of water and add salt.
- 13. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- 14. Add the tortelloni to the boiling salted water.
- 15. Cook the pasta for about 3 minutes.
- 16. Remove the pasta from the water as soon as it floats to the surface.
- 17. Drain the tortelloni in a colander.
- 18. Reserve some of the cooking water.
- 19. Add the tortelloni to the frying pan with the ham cream sauce.
- 20. Add half of the grated Parmesan to the pan.
- 21. Add half of the chive rings to the pan.
- 22. Mix everything well together.
- 23. Add some of the reserved cooking water if the sauce is too thick.
- 24. Divide the tortelloni among the plates.
- 25. Garnish the dishes with the remaining Parmesan and the remaining chive rings.
- 26. Serve the dish and enjoy your meal!
