  1. 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  4. 4. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
  5. 5. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  6. 6. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Add the onions, garlic, and bacon to the pan.
  8. 8. Fry the ingredients for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Deglaze the pan with cream.
  10. 10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Fill a pot with about 5 liters of water and add salt.
  13. 13. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
  14. 14. Add the tortelloni to the boiling salted water.
  15. 15. Cook the pasta for about 3 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the pasta from the water as soon as it floats to the surface.
  17. 17. Drain the tortelloni in a colander.
  18. 18. Reserve some of the cooking water.
  19. 19. Add the tortelloni to the frying pan with the ham cream sauce.
  20. 20. Add half of the grated Parmesan to the pan.
  21. 21. Add half of the chive rings to the pan.
  22. 22. Mix everything well together.
  23. 23. Add some of the reserved cooking water if the sauce is too thick.
  24. 24. Divide the tortelloni among the plates.
  25. 25. Garnish the dishes with the remaining Parmesan and the remaining chive rings.
  26. 26. Serve the dish and enjoy your meal!
