🍰 Fresh Tortellini Salad

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Tortellini with tomato filling, fresh 800 g
- Cherry tomatoes mix 250 g
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Leaf spinach 200 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water and add salt.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil.
- 3. Add the tortellini to the bubbling water.
- 4. Cook the tortellini for about 4 minutes, until they float to the surface.
- 5. Drain the tortellini in a colander.
- 6. Let the tortellini drip dry well.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 9. Clean the spring onions.
- 10. Dry the spring onions.
- 11. Remove the roots of the spring onions.
- 12. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 13. Wash the spinach.
- 14. Let the spinach drain.
- 15. Wash the basil.
- 16. Dry the basil.
- 17. Separate the basil leaves from the stems.
- 18. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 19. Put olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 20. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well.
- 21. Add the tortellini, tomatoes, spring onions, spinach, and basil to a large bowl.
- 22. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.
- 23. Mix everything well together.
- 24. Arrange the salad on plates.
- 25. Serve the salad.
