🍰 Tortellini with Olives and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Olives, green 150 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes, chopped 850 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Sugar Pinch
- Oregano, dried Pinch
- Tortellini with herb cream cheese filling, fresh 500 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Parmesan 20 g
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Drain the olives and halve them.
- 2. In another pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sweat the garlic in it for about 2 minutes. Then deglaze with chopped tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Cook the tortellini in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until they rise to the surface, then drain them in a sieve. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, remove the thick stems, and cut into fine strips. Coarsely grate the Parmesan.
- 4. Add the olives and tortellini to the tomato sauce in the pot and mix well. Plate the dish and garnish with basil and Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
