🍽️ Fresh Tomato and Coriander Salsa

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 500 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- chili pepper mix 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- cilantro, fresh 20 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- brown sugar 1 tbsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the tomatoes and remove the hard core.
- 3. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 4. Wash the chili pepper.
- 5. Halve the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 7. Wash the coriander (cilantro).
- 8. Shake the coriander dry.
- 9. Halve the lime.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 11. Place the onion in the mixing container.
- 12. Add the chili pepper to the mixing container.
- 13. Add the garlic to the mixing container.
- 14. Add the coriander to the mixing container.
- 15. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 16. Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
- 17. Chop the ingredients again for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 18. Add the tomato pieces.
- 19. Add the cane sugar.
- 20. Add the olive oil.
- 21. Add the lime juice.
- 22. Blend everything for 6 seconds on speed 5.
- 23. Season the salsa with salt.
- 24. Season the salsa with pepper.
- 25. Transfer the salsa into jars.
- 26. Serve the salsa immediately.
