🍽️ Tomato Salad with Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- oranges 2 pcs.
- honey 1 tbsp.
- light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp.
- olive oil 4 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cherry tomatoes 600 g
- shallots 2 pcs.
- basil, fresh 10 g
- rustic mild bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the oranges thoroughly, cut them in half, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the orange juice with 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Halve the shallots, peel them, and chop finely. Wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
- 3. Add the tomatoes, shallots, and half of the basil to the dressing and mix well. Serve the tomato salad with the orange dressing on plates and garnish with the remaining basil. Serve with bread.
