Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 3 pcs.
- capers 1 tbsp.
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- basil, fresh 12 g
- quark 40 % fat in dry matter 250 g
- sour cream 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- balsamic vinegar, light 0.25 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Cut the tomatoes crosswise at the bottom. Place in a bowl and pour the hot water over them. Then shock them in cold water, peel off the skin, halve them, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Place the capers in a sieve and let them drain. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the basil thoroughly, pat dry, pick off the leaves, and chop coarsely.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the quark, sour cream, salt, pepper, and vinegar well. Fold in the tomato cubes, garlic, capers, and basil. Season the tomato quark to taste. Enjoy your meal!
