  2. 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Remove the hard root ends of the spring onions.
  4. 4. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 to 4 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Sauté the spring onions for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
  7. 7. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
  8. 8. Add the drained dried tomatoes and the cherry tomatoes to the pan.
  9. 9. Cover the pan and let the tomatoes cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar.
  11. 11. Season the pan with honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the finished pan with pine nuts.
