🍽️ Quick Tomato Pan with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- dried tomatoes 75 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- cherry tomatoes mix 500 g
- balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pine nuts 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the dried tomatoes in a sieve and let them drain.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 3. Remove the hard root ends of the spring onions.
- 4. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 to 4 centimeters long.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 6. Sauté the spring onions for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
- 7. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 8. Add the drained dried tomatoes and the cherry tomatoes to the pan.
- 9. Cover the pan and let the tomatoes cook for another 5 minutes.
- 10. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar.
- 11. Season the pan with honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 12. Sprinkle the finished pan with pine nuts.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal!
