🍽️ Creamy Tomato Butter for Grilling

Ingredients
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Tomatoes, dried 150 g
- butter 125 g
- Salt pinch
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the thyme under running water and let it drain well.
- 2. Carefully strip the thyme leaves from the woody stems.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and remove the skin.
- 4. Add the dried tomatoes along with their oil into the mixing container.
- 5. Add the prepared thyme and garlic.
- 6. Blend the ingredients for 5 seconds on the highest speed (Turbo).
- 7. Stop the machine and use a spatula to push the mixture down from the sides.
- 8. Add the softened butter, salt, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- 9. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 4 until a creamy butter forms.
- 10. Transfer the finished tomato butter into a clean container.
- 11. Store the butter in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
