🍽️ Zucchini Tomato Skewers with Ham

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 pc
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Black Forest ham 8 slices
- olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the zucchini under running water.
- 2. Slice the zucchini into thin, long strips or use a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Season the zucchini slices with a pinch of pepper.
- 4. Also rinse the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Cut each ham slice in half.
- 6. Wrap a tomato alternately with a zucchini slice and a half of ham.
- 7. Secure the package with a wooden skewer.
- 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 9. Fry the skewers for about 4 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- 10. Let the skewers drain on kitchen paper.
- 11. Arrange the finished skewers in glasses.
- 12. Garnish the dish with fresh basil if desired.
