  6. 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  8. 8. Place the quark in a small bowl.
  9. 9. Add ketchup to the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the tomato paste to the bowl.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Stir the ingredients for the sauce well.
