🍳 Fresh Tomato Salami Sandwiches

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 1 pc
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Quark 40% fat in trail 3 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye bread 8 slices
- Salami sliced 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the vine tomato under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem at the top of the tomato.
- 3. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 4. Rinse the basil leaves under cold water.
- 5. Pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 8. Place the quark in a small bowl.
- 9. Add ketchup to the bowl.
- 10. Add the tomato paste to the bowl.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Stir the ingredients for the sauce well.
- 13. Fold in the tomato cubes into the sauce.
- 14. Fold in the chopped basil into the sauce.
- 15. Take the bread slices.
- 16. Spread the tomato-quark cream evenly over the bread slices.
- 17. Place salami slices on the bread with cream.
- 18. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 19. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- 20. Decorate the sandwiches with the halved cherry tomatoes.
