🥗 Fruity-sweet Tomato-Peach Salad with Creamy Burrata

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 500 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Peaches 2 pcs.
- Onions, red 1 pcs.
- Burrata 1 pcs.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed tomatoes in half.
- 3. Rinse the basil and shake it dry.
- 4. Carefully pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 5. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the peaches in half through the center.
- 7. Remove the pit (stone) from the peach halves.
- 8. Cut the pitted peaches into thin wedges.
- 9. Cut the onion in half through the center.
- 10. Remove the outer skin from the onion halves.
- 11. Slice the peeled onion into very thin strips.
- 12. Place the Burrata ball in a sieve.
- 13. Let the excess liquid drain from the Burrata.
- 14. Pour the olive oil and vinegar into a large bowl.
- 15. Season the oil-vinegar mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture additionally with black pepper.
- 17. Add the peach wedges to the dressing mixture.
- 18. Add the sliced onions to the bowl.
- 19. Add the tomato halves to the bowl.
- 20. Mix all ingredients well so they absorb the dressing.
- 21. Take a large serving plate.
- 22. Arrange the marinated tomatoes and peaches on the plate.
- 23. Place the drained Burrata in the center of the salad.
- 24. Drizzle some fresh olive oil over the Burrata.
- 25. Garnish the entire salad with the fresh basil.
- 26. Serve the salad immediately.
