  1. 1. Tear the mozzarella by hand into rough pieces. Rinse the beef tomatoes and slice them thinly. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toast the bread on both sides for about 2 minutes. Lightly salt and let it drain on kitchen paper.
