  3. 3. Cut the remaining part of the mango into coarse chunks.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  5. 5. Dice the onions and garlic finely.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the onions and garlic over high heat for about 1 minute until translucent.
  8. 8. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot.
  9. 9. Add the tomato paste to the pot.
  10. 10. Add the broth to the pot.
  11. 11. Add the coarsely chopped mango to the pot.
  12. 12. Season the soup with salt.
