🍲 Tomato-Potato Soup with Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 500 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- tomatoes, peeled from the can 800 g
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- savoy cabbage 1 pc.
- sugar pinch
- sour cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them well, and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes with their liquid and the broth, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook, covered, for about 20 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash the savoy cabbage, quarter it, and remove the core. Cut the cabbage into strips about 2 cm wide. After about 10 minutes of cooking time, add it to the soup and finish cooking. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and serve with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
