🍽️ Vegetable Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
- yellow bell pepper 2 pcs
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- red onions 2 pcs
- plain tofu 400 g
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- soy sauce 8 tbsp
- agave syrup 3 tbsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers into quarters and remove the core and seeds.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper pieces into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 5. Peel the onions and cut them into eight large wedges.
- 6. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 7. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 8. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, agave syrup, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the chopped garlic, and pepper.
- 9. Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and tofu to the marinade.
- 10. Let the vegetables and tofu marinate in it.
- 11. Thread the marinated ingredients onto wooden skewers as desired.
- 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 13. Fry the skewers on all sides for about 6 minutes.
- 14. Arrange the skewers on plates.
- 15. Serve them immediately.
