  1. 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the bell peppers into quarters and remove the core and seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the bell pepper pieces into cubes of about 2 cm.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  5. 5. Peel the onions and cut them into eight large wedges.
  6. 6. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 cm.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  8. 8. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, agave syrup, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the chopped garlic, and pepper.
  9. 9. Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and tofu to the marinade.
  10. 10. Let the vegetables and tofu marinate in it.
  11. 11. Thread the marinated ingredients onto wooden skewers as desired.
  12. 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  13. 13. Fry the skewers on all sides for about 6 minutes.
  14. 14. Arrange the skewers on plates.
  15. 15. Serve them immediately.
