Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 50 g
- Feta 50 g
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Thyme, chopped 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Eggs 8 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Wash the tomatoes and cut them in halves. Crumble the Feta roughly with your hands. Roll the toast slices slightly flat with a rolling pin.
- 2. Press the toast slices into the greased indentations of a muffin tin. Distribute the tomatoes and the Feta evenly in the indentations. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Crack an egg into each indentation and bake everything in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the eggs are firm.
- 3. Let the toast muffins cool briefly and carefully lift them out of the indentations. Enjoy your meal!
