🍳 Salmon and Shrimp Toast with Fresh Herb Cream

Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers 1 pc.
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Dill, fresh 5 g
- Chives, fresh 5 g
- Honey 1 tsp
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Crème fraîche 100 g
- Toast bread 4 slices
- Rye whole grain bread, sliced 4 slices
- Butter 4 tsp
- Smoked salmon 100 g
- Party shrimp 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Cut off the hard ends. Slice the cucumber into thin, round pieces.
- 2. Wash the radishes. Cut off the ends. Slice the radishes into thin pieces.
- 3. Rinse the dill. Shake it dry. Remove the thick stems. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 4. Wash the chives. Dry them. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 5. Take a bowl. Add honey, mustard, and the chopped dill. Stir the ingredients well.
- 6. Season the mustard-honey mixture with salt and pepper. Stir it through again.
- 7. Take a cup or small bowl. Add the crème fraîche. Mix it with the chive rings.
- 8. Season the chive cream with salt and pepper. Stir it well.
- 9. Toast the bread to your liking. Cut the toast slices in half crosswise.
- 10. Take half of the toast halves. Spread them thinly with butter.
- 11. Place cucumber slices on the buttered toast side. Place salmon pieces on top.
- 12. Drizzle the mustard-honey sauce over the salmon and cucumber.
- 13. Take the remaining toast halves. Spread them with the chive cream.
- 14. Place the shrimp on the chive cream. Place the radish slices on top.
- 15. Place the finished toasts on plates. Serve them immediately.
