🍽️ Hawaiian Toast with Spicy Mayo

Ingredients
- pineapple 0.5 pc.
- pepper mix 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- chili, ground 1 tsp
- oil 4 tbsp
- peasant mild bread 4 slices
- prosciutto cotto 8 slices
- cheddar sliced cheese 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the pineapple.
- 3. Remove the hard core in the center if you wish.
- 4. Slice the pineapple into rounds.
- 5. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 6. Halve the peppers lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the hard stem base and the seeds.
- 8. Finely chop the peppers.
- 9. Take a small bowl.
- 10. Put the mayonnaise into the bowl.
- 11. Add the chopped pepper to the mayonnaise.
- 12. Add the chili flakes to the mayonnaise.
- 13. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Take a non-stick pan.
- 16. Add two tablespoons of oil to the pan.
- 17. Set the stove to high heat.
- 18. Heat the oil until it is hot.
- 19. Place the bread slices in the pan.
- 20. Fry the first side for about two minutes until golden brown.
- 21. Turn the bread slices over.
- 22. Fry the second side for another two minutes until golden brown.
- 23. Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan.
- 24. Add another two tablespoons of oil to the hot pan.
- 25. Place the pineapple slices in the pan.
- 26. Fry the pineapple on the first side for about two minutes.
- 27. Turn the pineapple slices over.
- 28. Fry the second side for another two minutes.
- 29. Remove the fried pineapple from the pan.
- 30. Place a slice of ham on each bread slice.
- 31. Place a slice of fried pineapple on the ham.
- 32. Spread grated cheddar cheese on the pineapple.
- 33. Place the topped toasts on a baking sheet.
- 34. Place a sheet of baking paper under the toasts.
- 35. Put the tray into the preheated oven.
- 36. Bake the toasts for about five to seven minutes.
- 37. Remove the toasts from the oven when the cheese is melted.
- 38. Serve the toasts with the chili mayonnaise on the side.
