🍰 Chestnut Tiramisu

Ingredients
- Coffee 4 tbsp
- Water 400 ml
- Sugar 7 tbsp
- Chestnuts - peeled 150 g
- Mascarpone 500 g
- Ladyfingers 200 g
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Brew about 400 ml of strong espresso from the coffee powder.
- 2. Dissolve 1 tbsp of sugar in the hot espresso.
- 3. Set the sweetened espresso mixture aside to cool down.
- 4. Finely chop the chestnuts.
- 5. Put half of the chopped chestnuts into a tall container.
- 6. Puree the chestnuts with 3 tbsp of mascarpone and 6 tbsp of sugar until smooth.
- 7. Mix the chestnut puree with the remaining mascarpone and the remaining chopped chestnuts.
- 8. Finally, season the chestnut cream to taste.
- 9. Place half of the ladyfingers side by side in a baking dish.
- 10. Soak the biscuits with half of the cooled espresso.
- 11. Spread half of the chestnut mascarpone cream evenly over the biscuits.
- 12. Layer the remaining ladyfingers on top of the cream.
- 13. Put the remaining chestnut mascarpone cream on the second layer of biscuits.
- 14. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 15. Put cocoa powder into a fine sieve.
- 16. Dust the cold tiramisu evenly with the cocoa powder shortly before serving.
