  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Beat 200 grams of butter with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl until creamy.
  3. 3. Stir one egg well into the butter mixture.
  4. 4. Add cocoa, 150 grams of flour, and 40 grams of ground hazelnuts.
  5. 5. Knead the dough briefly until it is homogeneous.
  6. 6. Place the dough into the greased tart pan.
  7. 7. Make sure to form a border about 2 centimeters high.
  8. 8. Place baking paper into the pan.
  9. 9. Weight the baking paper with dry legumes such as peas or lentils.
  10. 10. Bake the tart for about 20 minutes in the oven.
  11. 11. Remove the legumes and the baking paper.
  12. 12. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Finely chop the thyme leaves.
  15. 15. Mix 250 grams of very soft butter with honey and 8 eggs in a bowl.
  16. 16. Fold in 100 grams of flour and the chopped thyme.
  17. 17. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked tart pan.
  18. 18. Bake the tart for another 15 minutes in the oven.
  19. 19. Serve the tart lukewarm or cold.
