  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the garlic to the hot oil and sweat it for about one minute until it becomes colorless.
  5. 5. Add the tomato sauce to the pot and let it simmer for about one minute.
  6. 6. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  7. 7. Drain the tuna in a sieve.
  8. 8. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
  9. 9. Pat the mozzarella dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Tear the mozzarella into rough pieces of about one centimeter in size using your hands.
  11. 11. Unroll the pizza doughs along with the baking paper onto the baking sheets.
  12. 12. Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the dough surfaces.
  13. 13. Distribute the mozzarella, tuna, and onion rings evenly over the pizzas.
  14. 14. Place the sheets in the center of the oven and bake the pizzas for 14 to 16 minutes.
  15. 15. Swap the position of the baking sheets after about seven minutes to ensure even baking.
  16. 16. Wash the basil under running water and shake it dry.
  17. 17. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  18. 18. Chop or tear the leaves into small pieces as desired.
  19. 19. Remove the finished pizzas from the oven.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the pizzas with the fresh basil and serve immediately.
