🍽️ Tuna Sandwich with Egg

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Onions, red 1 pcs.
- Mini romaine lettuce 1 pcs.
- Olives, black 4 pcs.
- Tuna in its own juice 200 g
- Baguette 1 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Place the eggs in the boiling water and hard boil them for about 7 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and immediately rinse the eggs with cold water to make them easier to peel.
- 4. Peel the eggs and slice them.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them.
- 6. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into rings.
- 7. Separate some lettuce leaves, wash them, and let them drain well.
- 8. Slice the olives into rings.
- 9. Drain the tuna and roughly tear it apart.
- 10. Cut the baguette into quarters and slice them lengthwise.
- 11. Lightly crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
- 12. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat.
- 13. Add the garlic to the pan.
- 14. Toast the baguette halves with the cut side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Top the bottom baguette halves with lettuce leaves.
- 16. Place tomato slices on top.
- 17. Distribute the onion rings.
- 18. Add the olive rings.
- 19. Distribute the tuna on top.
- 20. Place the egg slices on top.
- 21. Season the sandwich lightly with salt and pepper.
- 22. Place the top baguette halves on top.
- 23. Plate the sandwich and serve it.
