  1. 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
  2. 2. Slice the onion into very fine strips.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the mixed salad greens under running water.
  4. 4. Let the washed salad drain well in a colander.
  5. 5. Drain the olives.
  6. 6. Slice the olives into thin rings.
  7. 7. Use a sharp knife to completely remove the peel and white pith from the oranges.
  8. 8. Carefully cut out the fruit segments from between the membranes.
  9. 9. Catch the released orange juice in a small bowl.
  10. 10. Coarsely break up the tuna in a large bowl using a fork.
  11. 11. Add the sliced onions, drained salad, olive rings, and orange segments to the tuna.
  12. 12. Pour the collected orange juice over the ingredients.
  13. 13. Drizzle some olive oil over the mixture.
  14. 14. Season the salad with salt and chili to your taste.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients and dressing components thoroughly together.
