🥗 Fresh Tuna Salad with Orange and Olive

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- mixed salad 400 g
- olives, green 50 g
- olives, black 50 g
- oranges 4 pc.
- tuna in its own juice 195 g
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- chili, ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Slice the onion into very fine strips.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the mixed salad greens under running water.
- 4. Let the washed salad drain well in a colander.
- 5. Drain the olives.
- 6. Slice the olives into thin rings.
- 7. Use a sharp knife to completely remove the peel and white pith from the oranges.
- 8. Carefully cut out the fruit segments from between the membranes.
- 9. Catch the released orange juice in a small bowl.
- 10. Coarsely break up the tuna in a large bowl using a fork.
- 11. Add the sliced onions, drained salad, olive rings, and orange segments to the tuna.
- 12. Pour the collected orange juice over the ingredients.
- 13. Drizzle some olive oil over the mixture.
- 14. Season the salad with salt and chili to your taste.
- 15. Mix all ingredients and dressing components thoroughly together.
- 16. Portion the finished salad onto individual plates.
- 17. Serve the salad immediately and enjoy your meal!
