🍕 Tuna Pizza with Chili Oil

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- oil 6 tbsp
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- tuna in its own juice 390 g
- onions, red 2 pcs
- mozzarella 2 pcs
- chili, ground pinch
- arugula 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 4. Sweat the garlic for about one minute until it becomes colorless.
- 5. Add the tomato sauce for the pizza dough and let everything simmer for approx. 1 min.
- 6. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
- 7. Place the tuna in a sieve and let it drain.
- 8. Halve the onions, peel them and cut them into thin rings.
- 9. Pat the mozzarella dry.
- 10. Tear the mozzarella into pieces about 1 cm in size with your hands.
- 11. Roll out the pizza doughs with baking paper on a tray.
- 12. Brush the doughs with the tomato sauce.
- 13. Distribute mozzarella, tuna and onion rings on top.
- 14. Bake the pizza in the lower part of the oven and in the middle for approx. 14-16 min.
- 15. Change the trays after about 7 min.
- 16. Clean the pot.
- 17. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in the cleaned pot on high heat.
- 18. Add the chili and flavor the oil while stirring constantly for about 1 min.
- 19. Remove the pot from the stove and let the chili oil cool down a bit.
- 20. Wash the arugula and spin it dry.
- 21. Mix it in a medium bowl with 1 tsp of the cooled chili oil (or olive oil) as well as salt and sugar.
- 22. Take the tuna pizza with mozzarella out of the oven.
- 23. Garnish it with arugula.
- 24. Serve it as desired drizzled with chili oil.
