🍽️ Crunchy Tuna Dip with Capers

Ingredients
- Toast bread 1 slices
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Capers 2 tsp
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Tuna in its own juice 340 g
- Sour cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the toast bread into very small cubes.
- 2. Halve the onions, peel them, and dice them finely.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
- 4. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5. Sauté the garlic together with the onions for about two minutes.
- 6. Transfer the onion mixture to a bowl and set it aside.
- 7. Add the remaining oil to the pan and warm it over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the toast bread cubes for about two to three minutes until crispy.
- 9. Season the toasted bread pieces with salt and pepper.
- 10. Let the toasted bread crumbs cool down completely.
- 11. Chop the capers finely.
- 12. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 14. Drain the tuna from the can well.
- 15. Shred the tuna in a bowl using a fork.
- 16. Stir in the sour cream, capers, prepared onions, parsley, and cooled bread crumbs into the tuna.
- 17. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 18. Transfer the finished dip into a serving bowl.
- 19. Serve the dip immediately or keep it cool until you are ready to eat it.
