  2. 2. Add the thawed raspberries, the banana, the quark (curd cheese), and the dates to the blender.
  3. 3. Blend all ingredients until a creamy mixture forms.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  5. 5. Garnish the bowl to your liking with fresh berries, nuts, chocolate pieces, and oat flakes.
  6. 6. Optional: Stir in about one tablespoon of protein powder and some almond butter into the mixture before pouring it into the bowl.
