🥤 Thick Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- frozen raspberries 150 g
- curd cheese, skimmed 125 g
- bananas 1 pc.
- chocolate, dark 10 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 2 pc.
- raspberries, fresh 15 g
- blackberries, fresh 15 g
- red currants, fresh 15 g
- paranuts 25 g
- oat flakes, fine 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the frozen raspberries. You can do this briefly in the microwave or leave them in the fridge overnight until they are soft.
- 2. Add the thawed raspberries, the banana, the quark (curd cheese), and the dates to the blender.
- 3. Blend all ingredients until a creamy mixture forms.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 5. Garnish the bowl to your liking with fresh berries, nuts, chocolate pieces, and oat flakes.
- 6. Optional: Stir in about one tablespoon of protein powder and some almond butter into the mixture before pouring it into the bowl.
